Investec Service is Poor

I am trying to tie up my late mom's estate. The consultant at Investec does not send the correct information and has an attitude of \I'm sorry I forgot\". She then expects me to not be angry. She cannot even get the name of the lawyer that she has supposedly been dealing with right. I hope this matter is resolved ASAP as I really want nothing to do with Investec."
