Investec service is getting worse. Not worth the fees.

Really poor customer service from Investec. Private bankers don't pay attention to your questions and don't follow up with you. As someone that works in financial services myself, they don't seem particularly well informed either.

You constantly have to chase them for updates. Not sure what the point of paying the higher bank fees are if the experience is so poor.

Another example is that I submitted a beneficiary payment, and selected faster payment because I need it to settle immediately. Somehow they messed this up and submitted it as a normal payment. I don't know how this is even possible?

Logged a complaint on the Investec website as well and have received no feedback in several days.
