Investec Private/Personal Banker

So far, my experience with Investec’s private banking has been the worst. They’ve switched my private banker countless times, but I’m only informed after calling the call center to find out who the new banker is. Calls to the bank often go unanswered, and responses take weeks—making me wonder why I even have a personal banker if I still have to navigate multiple channels to get help.

At one point, I even had to finance my car with another bank because of this lack of service and attention. If it weren’t for my bond being registered with them, I would have moved my accounts elsewhere long ago. It's really frustrating, and I've even advised my friends against joining such a bank!!!!
