Investec Private Bankers have ZERO interest in new business

It is evident Investec Private Banking does not grasp the concept that clients are responsible for its income. After taking the time to complete the intended ambiguous questionnaire on whether one qualifies for a place in the Investec empire, I received an impersonal reply from one of the institution's representatives on why I am not fit for a place in the Investec sun. Ironically I do meet the stated criteria, however a further two emails later and the Investec representative has not found the time to tend to the correspondence of the unworthy

The Investec Private Banking approach to prospective clients seems clear - Make clients work for an account with perceived benefits and a false sense of security, and stake claim of being a provider of professional services. One would think an institution such as Investec would 'invest' in building its reputation and increasing market share, instead of alienating prospective clients and relying on word of mouth to tarnish its reputation
