Investec Private Bank - There is only one.

Investec is just the best retail/private bank in the country hands down. I have had accounts with 3 of the other big banks in SA. Private banker (Kudzi G.) is always contactable and great service. Just one of many examples: My card details were ****** and ********** transactions were detected. My card was canceled and 2 working days later I had my replacement card couriered to me while on holiday.

I often reflect on how happy I am that I don't have to deal with the incompetence of the other big bank's call centers.........
