Investec Private Bank is amazing

Every time have have dealings with Investec I am Impressed. Through work and various enterprises I deal with most of the Banks in South Africa. The others are atrocious. I have Personal Bankers but hardly ever have to speak to them. The call center is amazing. My calls are immediately answered, I do not have to waste time dealing with a useless machine. The person answering is articulate and owns the problem, sorts it out and always gets back to you if need be. Their internet banking is light years ahead of Nedbank and Standard Bank. Very impressive and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
