Investec poor customer service

Thanks Investec for telling me you don’t want my business. Investec is closing their tax free cash investment accounts at end December 2024. I wanted to move my tax free investment to an Investec tax free unit trust and was basically told that because I don’t have an Investec bank account I should take my business elsewhere!. Thanks Investec I will do that despite being an Investec investor for over 10 years.
