Investec Off Line and ZERO Service from no one

Investec Private bank down on ALL systems including web and mobile app. You call their call centre and NO one can assist you. You call you private banker they not available. you ask for the assistant, NO one available. THe receptionist answering the phone is rude and dont know how to assist you.. REALLY... Investec.. I asked to speak to Cumesh Mood**** and i was told that he doesnt deal with Customers.. Really.. Is the executives not in touch with their clients. I am extremely dissapointed with Investec......

i called in 3 times. the last time 1 hr ago and people promised to call me. NO response NO Calls. I will re-think to bank with Investec in the Future.... to be offline for 3 hrs now in a ditital era is TOTALLY unacceptable... . You cant process or do ANY banking...

Both your receptionist on 011 ********** and Grant from your customer care centre refused to transfer me to Cumesh. Clearly there are communication and service related issues.
