Investec, Nedbank and Linden Cycles really bad experience!

I never thought I would write a bad review on Investec, but here we are. I bought a bike from Linden Cycles with a credit card. Returned the bike and sought my refund. Investec and Nedbank bickering for weeks while I am out of pocket. R40k. I suspect my net worth not high enough for focus.
