Investec- injustice

I was listening on a conversation with 3 friends on the injustice given to a couple that fell on financial issues. I wanted an answer from Investec : if a loan taken from your company was 10million , client used 14 million of their own money, paid back Investec 6million, Investec say client still owes 15 million, house goes on Auction for 7.5 million. How is this possible. Are you out to get some money owed to you or full amount. Why can't the bank sell the house for the value and give the client the difference. Where is the justice? This is some of the reasons SA people can't own houses. I would like Investec bank and other banks to fully investigate the staff and the people that buy the houses on Auction to ensure that the staff membership family or friends are not buying the houses.
