Investec IBT to Standard Bank to movement
Hi there, one of your client's Desmond his contact number is *** paid me R12,000 to my Standard Bank ***. This was done on the 10/07/2020 Time 11:22 with the reference DESMOND, it is now the 16th and the funds does not reflect. Can you urgently investigate and revert. I read some reviews on Hellopeter and similar clients are facing the same issue. With other bank accounts this takes about 2-3 working days. Many thanks Hendrik de Vos

16 Jul 2020, 20:02Hi Hendrik, the standard SLA time is 2-3 business days. There could be various reasons as to why the funds have not reflected in the account. We will send you an email, please respond by sending us a pdf proof of payment from the payer so we can look into this.
