Investec I expected service I got NOTHING
Made an investment with the bank [Investec Asset Management] a week ago,have still not received any documentation,was promised a 'welcome pack'in 3 days,followed up was then told 7 days.Still nothing.A case of no customer service from Investec.Catch a wake up and see how business is done at other investment houses eg Allangray,allways on the ball with excellent customer service etc.Sorry to say no more money will go to Investec,bad attitude and a total lack of transparency and integrity
