Investec has become a shocker

<p>Wake up to find R69 000 missing from my access bond. An explanation an hour later is that Investec basically commandeers an amount which you have not used in your facility. Technically this is understandable, although when it comes without warning it is not pleasant. The bigger issue is not being able to get in touch with your private banker for 45 minutes! Call centre had to remedy this for me.</p>
