Investec going against their word
One of the Head of Private Banking within Investec promised me that they would assist with in finding other alternatives and assisting with moving my portfolios/accounts to other institutions.
To date Investec has not lifted a single finger to assist.

They have promised to contact me since yesterday but it is not happening.
Luckily I have an audit trial otherwise Investec will just deny it again as usual.
