Investec disappoints

I am so frustrated with the FX Department of Investec, I no longer know what to do, I send customs clearance documents regularly once my imports are complete, but they continue to ask for it, cannot speak to them on the phone, they are unreachable. I left another company because of poor admin and poor communication and joined Investec at much higher fees, but now I regret it
