Investec disappoints

Im so disappointed and frustrated with Investec home loan. I dont even know what to do anymore. I moved my bond from one service provider to investec, the worst mistake of my life. I thought i was getting a bad service but Investec is bad. Since they started with transfer since may, i dont know how far they are with the process and their lawyers dont even communicate with u. You will send emails nonstop no one will come back to you . When i started with the process they told me the settlement of some much, but now it came back saying i need to pay R100000 extra. And i asked them to call n explain, I'm still waiting even today. When i ask my private banker karabo.lethale he also doesn't know what's happening. This is the worse service ive ever received my entire life, its all a lie when they go around telling people that they are the best service providers. We just a lot of money for nothing
