Investec cardholders are being ripped-off

I travelled to Namibia, that is a common-monetary area, and Namibian dollar peg to Rand and one can freely use Rand interchangeably. With the recent introduction of 2.5% commission charged on the foreign currency, I understand why that is, they want to make money from all the years they have missing out, but would have expected in US/UK/Europe etc. They charged me commission for the Namibian transactions, which I found absurd and really feeling **********. I always have gloated how low charges Investec Card is, but with the recent increase in the monthly fees over the years and the \all-inclusive-transactions "benefits is getting fewer with growing additional charges.
