Investec car finance

My car was cloned while under Investec finance in January 2025. I only became aware of this in August when I went to renew my car license disc. I immediately notified my bank, and Investec assured me they would assist. However, despite following up regularly until mid-November, I discovered that no action had been taken and the process had not even started. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I want to make it clear: if your car is cloned while under Investec finance, do not expect assistance from Investec.
