Investec call centre is useless
Last week I called investec call centre in Jo'burg. I was attended by Lefentse. This is the time that Investec must train their employees. They must not just put useless, unprofessional and in -efficient staff members to attend to our querries cause they have never solved any of the querries bring brought to their attention. Their service is pathetic

I understand that you have spoken to your Private Banker, Bongiwe, who is aware of the matter as well. Thank you for letting us know of your concerns.
