Investec Bank to FNB
Hi.
Please advise how many days it takes for funds to clear from Investec to FNB? Someone transferred money into my account on 01/10/2019 and nothing, I phoned FNB and they said there is no pending amount from Investec, phoned Investec that said they are unable to assist as I am not a client.

10 Oct 2019, 13:11All payments from an Investec account to an account held at another bank can take up to two business days to reflect. Payments submitted on Monday to Friday before 15h00 will be released on the same day. If the payment is submitted after 15h00, it will be released on the next business day. Please follow up with the payee and request proof of payment.

10 Oct 2019, 13:16Thank you for your response I have the proof of payment that was sent on 01/10/2019. I again spoke to the payee and he said it has been paid...Thus leaving me in the dark as I have proof of payment but none of the funds.
