Investec Bank: Only a small dying fish in a huge Banking Pond!!!

Private Bank, what does that mean? Definitely not to assist their Private Clients during this difficult time. My husband and I waited for ever to get feedback from our Private Banker. I got threatened re my bank account, because of insufficient funds, I mean really, talk about bad timing! And as a matter of fact, I am still waiting for application forms, thank you Gregory for no assistance. And by the way, dont threaten your customers, you are THERE, because of US!!!! Arrogance, over estimation of your useless value in our lives, wake up Investec, you are only a small fishy in a huge banking pond! And here is a promise I am making , we are taking our business elsewhere!!!
