Investec bad service

I have a personal, business and bond account with Investec. Last year July, I missed payment and I made an arrangement with them to deduct last year 2 installments and they didn't go it. So since missed installment, I have paid all subsequent ones without fail.

Last week they blocked access and transactional banking on my personal account. This a bullying exercise in my view because they have access to my account.

I need support to end this bullying. My Relationship Manager is just mum... And a lady by the name of claudia rajkumar is the one not giving me details of the legalities surrounding this decision.

I asked her to talk to me about an arrangement but she ignores that. Which is why i need help to stop the bullying.
