Investec another useless bank in SA

Where would I start... Short version

Tried to join in Feb, banker promised to call me back, 3 weeks later no call back. Escalated to a banker of a friend who then helped me get a diff banker. This should have been a sign of things to come.

Opened an account on the condition that my home loans be moved.

First they messed up the interest rates between my main residence and investment property. This should have been the 2nd warning sign. I let this be...

They then appointed maurice phillips wisenberg attorneys to handle the band transfer in May 2020. Worst experience of my life!!!!

To date my bond transfer and registration has not concluded (I know rediculous right) my banker is nowhere to be found, not an email, a call or so much as a smoke signal from him.

When I tried to raise this with him it simply brushed off with a standard response of 'not my problem'.

I bought a high end motorcycle and wanted to finance it through investec. Called my banker and was told to use another financial service provider as they don't do finance of this nature.

In my almost 1 year of dealing with Investec they have done absolutely nothing more than take my money and delivered on NOTHING!

Don't bank with them!! Trust me on this, you are better off putting your money under your mattress!!
