Investec - AMAZING Service!

I've worked in the customer service industry before, and know for sure that customers are far more likely to post information related to bad experiences than information about a good experience. So I want to let people know about an amazing experience I've had with Investec through my banker Shaun De Villiers.

My wife and I have been looking for a house for almost a year now, and have really just struggled to find value in the market. On Monday last week, we finally found it. We put it an offer on the house, and the offer was accepted. The estate agent said that they had a bond originator at the office, and that it could take up to two weeks for the bond to be finalised and approved. However, the owners of the house continued to market the property, and the very next day, another offer came in which was slightly higher than ours. Not wanting to lose the house, I phoned Shaun De Villiers with my exact words being, "Shaun, I need a bond pronto!" I sent through the required information on Wednesday night, and by Thursday afternoon my bond approval had come through - less than 24 hours. House sold!

An amazing experience from a clearly amazing bank! Haven't been with them for that long, but am SO glad I joined them now. Thank you Shaun and Investec! I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a private bank account.
