Someone bought a product from me and eft money from their investec account to my FNB account on the 22/10/19 @ 17.25 i still have received nothing and proof of payment was sent to me as well as an sms was received but no money reflecting in my account phoned Fnb and they say their is no money pending the problem lies with investec. How does investec policies work
