International transfer, could've lead to prosecution

Think twice before using them for international transfers. Their time frames are inaccurate, and apparently US holidays delay lead times on forex payments (even though we weren't transferring from or to the US). Without getting into the details, the result of this could've led to a ******** prosecution and cost us a lot of money in legal fees. This is apparently a private bank with an international presence, but they don't seem to understand the gravitas of giving inaccurate information to clients who travel and work internationally. The repercussions of their actions could've been grievously detrimental.
