Indescribable Service!!!

<p>It is incredible that the more one matures, the more your socialising time with friends slowly changes from the topic of the latest club that opened to your banking institution. What’s more incredible is listening to how unhappy 95% of my social circle are with their banks. Surprisingly it is not just 1 institution in particular. We also tend to forget the power of word-of-mouth and social media taking over the advertising space. Fortunately for me, my experience has been the complete opposite.</p> <p>My partner and I have been with Investec for about 7 months and dealing particularly with Lize Hatton in the Cape Town branch. Words truly fail me having to explain to people the exceptional service Lize always renders. There has not been a single request (and we can be quite demanding clients) that has been left unanswered for more than an hour. What’s more is that Lize not only immediately replies to an email she goes the extra mile by making a friendly telephone call ensuring you are satisfied with the resolution and if there is anything else you need assistance with. No request has ever been too big a task and we have always been kept informed in the rare event that there has been a slight delay in other departments of Investec. Client service like this is extremely rare and it goes without saying that it needs to be commended. Lize is a massive asset to Investec and it is with pleasure I post this compliment. Lize, thank-you for always going the extra mile and proving to my friends that there is in fact a banking institution out there that believes in client satisfaction. You work standards are second to none and I look forward to many many satisfying years of being an Investec client. Investec... Thank-you for employing staff of Lize's high calibre.</p>
