*********** and Poor service from Private Bankers

Very poor service from Investec Private banking. From the outstanding service I have been getting since the past 5 years I must say their standard has dropped. Worse you try to escalate to the manager ( by name of Latishia Marahaj) you do not get any response, she does not answer nor return missed calls, does not respond to emails. They offered to transfer our personal loans to their bank but on a daily basis they keep on changing the requirements. We are allocated *********** private bankers who have no idea what they are doing. Perhaps we are not important to their big profile of clients hence we are not taken seriously. You complain on their website they promise to call but never does.
