How do I get a Banker that actually engages with me?

I moved all my financials to Investec expecting a great experience, but to date I feel my private banker and I are not aligned. It takes significant amount of badgering on my part to get her to interact with me. For e.g. I asked via email last night around 20h00 about obtaining credit on my profile. I also sent a Whatsapp to her at 08;54, she responded to whatsapp at 10:24, I could not respond as i was in meetings, i responded on 13:28 asking if possible to have a call at 14h30 - it is 15h10 no response. I had in the meantime forwarded my email on to the other person on my profile, asking for assistance at 10:25, she rep**** to me instead of banker 'can you reply to her' at 11;18, nothing, I rep**** and cc'd banker in, asking if there was anyone else who can assist me at 14:31, to which the other support person rep**** at 2:56 banker will respond. I understand we are all busy, but HONESTLY, this is not the service I expected or require. I need a banker who is responsive and matches my energy, can someone contact me to advise the process to find a banker that matches my energy and can meet me half way from a communication perspective, or at least gives the perception of being interested in engaging with me?
