Great customer service - Travel by Investec

I have used Travel by Investec a few times and I have always had great service. This year in early January I booked a trip to travel in May and due to Covid and global travel restrictions all plans were cancelled. At this point most travel service providers, like tour companies, shuttle companies and airlines, were all in dire need of funds and not too many of them offered full refunds but rather gave out vouchers. I worked with Robinlee Mitchell, Nicole Saaiman and Nadine Loubser who have been tirelessly fighting with the tour company to get my refund. Although it has taken a few months, Travel by Investec stayed strong and consistent in the fight and I have just received a very large sum of money which I paid for an expensive trip in January...IN FULL.
