Good Staff are worth Diamonds to a company

In November 2020 I took my 86 year old mom to Investec Menlyn Pretoria offices to transact. We were greeted with delight by the front person, Philip Rebese, even though it was a long time since she had been there. Turned out my mother's account had been transferred to NinetyOne in Sandton. The thought of travelling another hour and a half with a wheelchair in tow was daunting indeed. No Problem said Philip ! She called the office, verified our details, printed out the form and returned to the Sandton office with no delay. More than that, she did so with the biggest smile on her face. What a credit to her company she is. I have never experienced such a pleasant experience when transacting with a company. Brava Philip and Investec !
