Funds not sent for over 6 months!!!!
I have been calling and requesting for my dividents for over 6 months now. I have been sent from pillar to post. I have nowhere else to turn to. Everytime I call I get tole that the money will be depoaited within 7days. It's been 6 months and nobody calls back unless I call, which is costly for me. I have spent so much money on airtime and I get put on hild for more than 30minutes. Somebody needs to reaolve this matter NOW. I have lost all trust and faith in INVESTEC. Someone has to be held accountable for the incompetency.
