First Impressions: Brilliant

I've just started my journey with Investec and so far it has been great! I have had a lot of queries and needed a bit of guidance and so far the staff have been friendly, patient and professional.

There are no long phone queues or being subjected to a call centre hot potato game. Everyone I spoke to has been competent. They either knew how to help or directed me to someone that could the first time.
