Feedback required

I have vested some of my shares and am trying to find out for the last 4 weeks why I have not been paid out when other people I know have already received payment. Every week I am promised that payment will be made by the end of the week and 4 weeks later I still have no payment. I called again on Monday and again spoke to Tenolo who is supposed to be dealing with the account and was told that I would receive feedback from her on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning and it is now Wednesday with no word. What's most frustrating is that there has never once been an apology for the misinformation that has been constantly been fed to me from week one. On Monday the story has changed again to now being something else when I raised that's she's been saying every week I will be paid by Friday. Can someone who actually knows what is happening call me with the correct information of when my payment will be made?
