Fantastic assistance - thank you!!

I'm not quite sure why, after being an Investec client for 20 years, I am still amazed by your service levels, but I have to admit, you consistently blow me away. I have often told friends, colleagues, students and family about your brilliant service levels, and I can confidently confirm that nothing has changed. My father died on the 31st of July, and after 52 years of being another bank's client (and not once missing a single payment), the bank withdrew my mom's (aged 74) credit card facility of R6 000 as she is now too much of a 'credit risk'. I made one phone call to Investec, which was answered on the 2nd ring, had papers in my hand for a second card on my account within 5 minutes (possibly less), and the card was hand-delivered to my mother a mere two days after I submitted the required documents. Melissa and the team are absolutely outstanding - whenever I have any problems (usually caused by myself, not Investec!) I simply pick up the phone and minutes later the issue (no matter how complicated) is sorted. This level of service is just unheard of in SA. It is absolutely fantastic, and you have me for life!
