Extremely Poor Service
Extremely poor service, Be very careful when dealing with Investec and their so called "Forex department". Forex funds never transferred although the fx charges was debited from my account. On query from their so called " Call Centre" was just told they can't assist...... not to even mention the so called "Private Banker"... what a joke

It is shocking that a private bank can do this to their clients and will probably be resolved with a " sorry for the inconvenience"
