Excellent service every time

I often talk about how sad the Commercial Banks in South Africa are and how bad their service is. They don't seem to care for their customers and believe that we have to use them without choice, so there is no effort to improve their service at all.

This does NOT apply to Investec. The service is unbelievable and I have been proven right so many times.

Well done to the Private Banking Team for making your customers feel special and not conforming to the abysmal industry standard.
