Empty promises

<p>My wife cashed out her shares on 17/1/2017 and it was said to her that it would take 10 working days for the money to be payed into her bank account.,.On the 11th day no money paid over and my wife contacted them.It was said to her that the administrator would come back to her via email. Till today no callback or even an email.it was promissed on the 1/2/2017 that the money was released and would be payed out within 48 hours.Today still no money.When my wife phoed them today AGAIN they said that the money would be released today .AGAIN????? Now its another 48 hours???My wife took leave to do things with HER money but no money payed out. So she wasted her leave because of INVESTEC. We want that money paid TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! No excuses. It should have been released 3 days back already. Just because investec made mistakes or cant do their work we must suffer? Just getting excuse after excuse. This is unexceptable.We want that money paid into the account today.</p>
