Efficient, Quality Service by Investec
I just want to commend the efficiency of the Investec Private Banking division in JHB, specifically my banker, Jarrod Naidu. I made an email request to him for an amendment to my overdraft facility, and 20 mins later he had resolved my request and emailed through the necessary documents. The monthly fee is definitely justified by the quality service I receive - keep it up!
