Don't even try to switch to Investec.

I was referred to them by a friend way back when. He stated as its the best bank in South Africa, and the service was top. Well that may have been the case for him. For me, not so much.

From day one it was issues upon issues. I have not even finalized the switch to the back, and I have had 3 different bankers already, each as useless as the one before. Yesterday I receive a call from another new banker, and promises everything will be sorted out before the end of the day, he will call me back shortly with an update. Nevertheless, no call, no email, no nothing.

Now I just hope I can get the account closed as I will not be dealing with such clowns. Pathetic!
