I have never received such shocking service from a supposed "private" bank. Three weeks for a response on a home loan application. Six calls to my private banker since signing up a little over a month ago, none of them answered or even returned. Even the manager failed to call me after promising to do so via email. Stick to FNB if you need private banking.
