Disgusted Client of 24yrs.
The bank breached confidentiality by linked social media accounts to private banking and investment accounts; without client authorisation nor knowledge. Wealth & Management create their own T&Cs despite FSP/FSCA requirements, and my extensive knowledge of the sector.
Complaints are closed by inviduals with no authority and not listed as Information Officers on the official POPIA database.
