Disgraceful service from Investec !

I called Investec on Monday and spoke to a consultant regarding bond finance that I was looking for or seeking to apply for. I exchanged emails with the consultant who committed that someone from Investec would call me back on Tuesday. I followed up a few times with the consultant who advised that he escalated the query within Investec, and today being Friday, no one from Investec has contacted me regarding my query.

This is appalling and pathetic service from a bank that packages itself as the premier private bank in South Africa. I mean really, which age is Investec working in, the dark age? , in a third world capacity and capability? This is shocking and a disgrace for a professional services company. !!!

Political parties in South Africa are constantly lambasted for poor service delivery ! So what is the comparable equation here for a bank that markets itself to be a leading private bank in South Africa. I have the email threads here. Happy to share.
