Delivered new credit & banking card

My credit card expires next month and Investec without anything I had to do arranged for the new card to be delivered. They called me last week to make an arrangement for the card to be delivered this week. Someone from the courier company contacted me and arranged for a specific time when the card will be delivered. The courier company then Delivered my new credit card promptly this week exactly within the arranged time.

The best of all is that the transition to then new card was seamless. I did not have to activate it online or at a teller it just worked.
