Delays to get us on board.

I'm trying to open transactional business account with Investec. Apparently the only way to get assisted with account opening you have to fill a call me back form that takes them ages to respond. Today i attempted to call the bank to check how long it will take for someone to call me and i was told that it takes 3 days.

Why it takes over 48 hours to get assistance from the world class private bank, it's shocking.

If i don't receive any call from them by the end of tomorrow, i will just leave it and try another interested company.
