Definitely not value for money!!!!

Myself and my husband both have been banking with Investec for almost 2 years. I must say the service is pathetic!!!! They promise you a world of great service, but it totally sucks! and I get an sms to say bank fees going up to R435 now. The service you guys give for that price, definitely not worth it!! I have endless issues with my private banker,, he is forever out of office. There is an alternate person but he is just as useless. The call center is ok, but sometimes I must hold on for a lone time. I can not be paying so much money and not getting the service. For those of you who plan on opening an account with investec, do your homework!!! Don't get fooled into something. R435 is alot of money, so think wisely. Myself and my husband are planning to close our accounts. We totally disappointed and now this fee increase motivates us more to close our accounts. I work at an institution where Investec markets actively, and I will let all those people know what they getting themselves into. <br> <br> Investec you guys can do better!!
