Customer Service severely lacking

<div>Investec has unfortunately not lived up to its name of being on top of client service and offering the client an opportunity to air their concerns. For many years we’ve had a great personal banker and suddenly out of the blue we get told we have a new personal banker and up to now, said personal banker hasn’t bothered to introduce herself formally but rather chose to call when we had a problem and proceed to let us know in no under no circumstances are we correct as the client but said personal banker is the only one who is right. Sad after being with Investec 28 years and this is the service. This review is based on my personal experience with Investec on 02nd March 2022.</div>
