Customer service gone from best to worst

I have used many banks over the years and been with Investec for nearly 20 years. I have seen a disappointing deterioration from a time when they where industry leaders in customer service to a time now where everything is falling on the floor. Your private banker used to pick up the phone on the second ring and solve your problem on the spot 24hrs a day. Now you cannot get hold of her. They accidently freeze ALL your bank accounts and then don't even have a 24hr representative who can fix it.
