Credit where it is due

Last year I was not happy with the service I was receiving, and complained on this platform. This resulted in Investec following up on the complain. This led to meeting with the private banker, Renaldo, where we discussed the issues. Personally since then Renaldo and his assistant Samuel having been of great help. He responds to emails timely and provides all the information we need. I think it is so good to see a change in service that makes it alot more worthwhile . I do recommend Renaldo and Sam if you are looking for a private banker. He is based in the PTA office.<br> <br> In addition to the above, myself and my husband are quite impressed with Travel by Investec. We booked our entire trip to Cape Town as well as car hire, and got it at a good rate.
