Credit card *****

After having my wallet and phone ****** out of a locked locker at Moses Mabhida Virgin Active, both my Investec credit card and Discovery credit cards were used before I could block them. Discovery have reimbursed me for the *****ulent transactions in full. Investec have refused to reimburse me, stating that because the *****sters managed to get into my phone (that has facial recognition) and get access to the OTP number, they are not liable. Apparently because the merchant ( Booking.com) in this case has accepted the payment, it becomes my problem entirely.
